About Joanne
In 2006, Joanne completed her Masters in Early Childhood at Macquarie University, Sydney.
Joanne was the head of the Chinese department at St. James’ Church Kindergarten from 2005-2008, the largest kindergarten in Singapore with more than 800 students. In the kindergarten, she was in charge of curriculum planning and mentored teachers on pedagogical practices.
Joanne is an experienced events planner. She headed the planning and execution of St. James’ Art Camp 2007 (see:http://sjck.org.sg/art_camp_07a.htm) and Hanyu Pinyin Camp.
Joanne also taught enrichment programmes in commercial settings, catering to children from preschool to primary levels.
Joanne’s research interests include image of the child, teachers’ professional development and teachers’ identities.
Happily married to James, who supports her in this venture too. She is now mother of adorable Jacenia born in November 2008 and cheerful Jasper born in May 2010.

Mae has been involved with children's education for several years when she serves in the church children's ministry. She started assisting Joanne early this year in all aspects of the company's operations.
Mae is fun loving and happy going person. She has strong interest in the area of make up and image consultancy.
She is married to Adrian and mother of lovely teenage daughter, Rachel.
